Semi-prepared chuper soup is a natural antibiotic.

Autumn and winter are the cold season and what better way to treat a cold than a hot, tasty and nutritious soup. Tarhanah soup, also known locally as “Doyineh soup”, also known as Tarhana doogh soup, is mostly cooked in the western provinces of Iran and acts as a powerful antibiotic to treat colds and flu.

Ingredients for Semi-prepared soup:

Semi –prepared one package

۳۰۰ grams of chickpeas

۵۰ grams of lentils

۵۰ grams of pinto beans

۵۰ grams of vegetables (leeks, cloves, coriander, spinach)

۳۰۰ grams of onions

۳-۴ hot garlics

As much curd as needed

Enough salt and turmeric as needed

 

First, wash the dry tarpaulins to remove any dust that has settled on them during drying, then soak the tarpaulins in some water. Then cook the soaked beans, except for the lentils. In a suitable pot, fry the onions and pass the chickpeas and beans through a strainer and fry them a little, and then put them on high heat with five cups of water. When it boils, turn down the heat.

Then cook the lentils and lentils, drain it and add some salt, pepper and turmeric with water, and after cooking the beans, add them to the lentils and lentils. Then add some fried onions to it to boil together, and after a while, add the vegetables to the tarkhineh soup and let it sit. Finally, add the curd and let it boil a little so that your soup does not cool down. When the soup is ready, put it in a bowl and garnish it with onion, mint and hot garlic.
